Why do you have a Privacy Policy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains our online information practices. Information gathered by The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia (VNAGP) is used to monitor our site's effectiveness and to respond to your questions and requests.
The VNAGP will not provide any of your personal information collected by our website to any outside person or company unless we receive your prior express written consent. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of privacy available to us at this time.
What kind of Information do you collect?
We currently collect a limited amount of general information from you and only the minimum amount of information necessary to maximize our information services to website users.
When you contact us, we need to collect some personal information from you. The types of personally identifiable information that we collect include: name and e-mail address. We collect this information so we can respond to your message.
How do you collect information?
Your computer communicates with the VNAGP using a particular Internet Protocol Address (IP). Like most sites, the VNAGP can track a user’s IP when visiting the site. The IP allows us to track each user’s IP, the browser type, where you are connecting and the identity of the user’s Internet service provider. However, the IP does not provide any personally identifiable information and allows the users to remain anonymous. This information helps us to improve site navigation and to make improvements to the site and its content.
Why do you collect this information?
When you contact the VNAGP site, data is collected and used to help us improve the performance of the site. For example, if you submit a comment that we find helpful, it is kept by our Information Technology (IT) staff to be reviewed for improvement purposes. The VNAGP site is not in control of what types of information is collected and how the Third Party will use the information they collect. This information is unknown to and beyond the control of the VNAGP Site.
